Liability is limited to replacement of the affected unit or a refund of the amount paid for that unit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
