Each shipment includes the vials you ordered, the lot COA for each batch, and a pack list. Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient with instructions to store at −20 °C on receipt.
Optional shipping insurance is offered at checkout: $2.15 on orders under $100, or 3% of order value at $100 and above. Lost or damaged parcels reported within 14 days are replaced or credited.
